About Angèle

Some careers follow a straight line. Mine has always been drawn to what's next.

I began my career at Visible World, an early-stage ad tech startup that pioneered addressable TV advertising and was later acquired by Comcast. It was the kind of environment where titles mattered less than contribution, and where the distance between an idea and its execution was measured in days, not quarters. I started as a developer and business analyst, and over six years grew into founding and leading multiple core technical and operations teams. I learned what it means to build something from nothing, to earn trust without the benefit of an established brand behind you, and to solve problems that had never been solved before.

That experience shaped everything that came after.

From there I deliberately sought out companies that were at the center of ad tech innovation, each one adding a new dimension to my understanding of how this industry works and where it was heading. Along the way I also founded and operated my own business for five years, an experience that sharpened my instincts in ways that no corporate role could. Owning every decision, being accountable for every outcome, and operating without a safety net gives you a perspective that stays with you.

That breadth of experience, across startups, enterprise organizations, and entrepreneurship, eventually brought me to Comcast, one of the most complex and consequential media and technology organizations in the world. As Director of Product Strategy at Effectv and later as Executive Director of Strategy at Comcast Advertising, I worked at the intersection of product innovation, business transformation, and enterprise strategy. I launched industry-first solutions, led cross-functional teams across multiple business units, and helped shape the strategic direction of a multi-billion dollar advertising portfolio. I learned what it takes to drive change at scale, to align stakeholders across competing priorities, and to deliver in environments where the stakes are high and the path forward is rarely clear.

Today I bring all of those worlds to every engagement.

I work with companies that are navigating the kind of transformation that requires more than a consultant with a framework. It requires a partner who has been in the work across every kind of environment, who understands both the startup urgency and the enterprise complexity, and who leads with the empathy, judgment, and persistence that real transformation demands.

I have spent twenty years earning a reputation as someone clients can trust with their most important and complex initiatives. That reputation is the foundation of everything I do.

Initiatives that shaped the practice

01 - Attribution

From Viewership to Conversion

When local and regional advertisers struggled to prove TV's impact beyond reach, I led the development and launch of the industry's first commercial solution linking TV ad viewership to immediate website behavior. This product reduced churn and proved TV's full-funnel marketing value, directly contributing to 20%+ annual client spend increases among adopting advertisers.

02 - Data Infrastructure

Unlocking the Power of the Data Layer

When a critical data capability existed but competing methodologies and organizational complexity were stalling progress, I drove cross-functional alignment across executive and technical leadership to resolve the impasse. By grounding the decision in evidence and driving stakeholder engagement around a clear path forward, I enabled the organization to scale linear TV ad exposure data and unlock new capabilities in campaign planning, effectiveness measurement, and optimization. Then I stayed in the work, overseeing delivery as the engineering teams built, until the capability was live.

03 - Reporting & Analytics

Turning Campaign Data into a Growth Engine

When thousands of clients and sellers were relying on manually produced monthly Excel reports with no real-time visibility into campaign performance, I redefined enterprise reporting strategy by introducing data visualization for the first time and building a user-centric dashboard framework that went beyond displaying numbers to telling a story. By sequencing insights to surface the 'so what' behind the numbers, the solution helped sellers and clients alike understand performance across audience reach and cross-screen effectiveness and make confident decisions about their media investment. The result fueled 26% YoY growth in client spend.

04 - Performance TV

From Hypothesis to Evidence

When performance TV was identified as a critical growth driver for the business, I was assigned to champion and execute the initiative, leveraging my ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and translate strategy into action. I secured executive buy-in on the approach, then designed a proof of concept in collaboration with an external technology firm, structured the agreement, and advocated for resourcing across multiple functional departments to bring it to life. The engagement validated the strategic direction and produced learnings that directly informed the establishment of a new business unit focused on performance TV advertising.

05 - Measurement Strategy

Building the Case for a New Measurement Model

When a major media organization needed to determine whether a cost-effective alternative to its existing attribution solution could scale to thousands of advertisers, I designed and led a rigorous proof of concept from end to end. Leading a small team, we evaluated and selected two vendors with differing methodologies, structured the agreements, managed the engagements across multiple markets and client spend tiers, and developed a quantified five-year business case projecting significant incremental revenue opportunity. The PoC concluded with an executive readout and a strategic Build, Buy, or Partner recommendation that gave leadership the evidence and the framework to make a confident decision about the path forward.

06 - Product Development

From Blueprint to Technical Readiness

As audiences shifted from traditional linear viewing to on-demand consumption, VOD Dynamic Ad Insertion emerged as a critical capability to capture that monetization opportunity. I conducted the research and developed the business and functional requirements that formed the foundation of a high-impact 6-month RFP process. I championed cross-functional collaboration across engineering leadership, external vendors, and ad sales leadership, navigating a complex organizational environment. By bringing clarity and hands-on discipline to every stage, I directed negotiations and secured a partnership that aligned with long-term business objectives.

07 - Category Creation

Pioneering the Future of TV Advertising

At one of the two companies that pioneered addressable TV advertising, I worked at the intersection of technology and business, contributing as both a developer and business analyst on Emmy award-winning technology that would reshape how TV advertising was bought, sold, and measured. I built and managed the technical operations relationships with the top five cable operators across the top 50 DMAs, establishing the foundational infrastructure and support that enabled the category to scale. This work played a pivotal role in supporting the company's eventual acquisition by Comcast.
